  • 2. Being aware of how stress, mood altering substances and personal relationships can impact mental and physical wellbeing and purposely creating a lifestyle that promotes total health
  • 3. Being aware of how inactivity contributes to obesity, chronic diseases and premature aging and consciously making exercise a routine part of daily life
