- overview: users are provided a brief overview of each health condition including possible causes, types, symptoms, tests, preventive strategies, and treatment options.
- INFORMED medical decision-making process: encourages patient/provider communication. Using this unique process, you explores the relative benefits, risks, and costs for each available option. By taking an active role in weighing available options, you as the patient will understand the recommended treatment plan and the importance of self-management and medical management.
