Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. We currently offer three shipping options within the United States:

In most cases, flat rate shipping charges will apply. Use the table below as a quick reference for calculating shipping charge for an order.

An additional shipping surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and weight. The surcharge will be noted on the product description page. If an item requires additional shipping, that shipping amount will appear in your cart. You will not be charged anything more after your order has been completed.
Customers outside of the United States and Canada must email for shipping rates prior to ordering.
Tracking Your Packages
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:
